Wow! I was out of town for two weeks! I came back and 8 people I know got engaged! Good for them, it's super cute, but wow, 8 people! That's a lot of people.

I’ve been helping so many people plan their weddings that I’m starting to have my own ideas about weddings. Zefer already drew me the most perfect wedding dress and I also started thinking about what I’d want in an engagement ring (not that I get to choose that- I was just trying to think of alternatives to diamonds that don’t look cheesy, for all the people who ask me what I’ll do if I don’t want a diamond ring). I also have some favorite wedding locations. I have a few baby name ideas too, but that’s even creeping me out, so I’ll keep those to myself for now. I’m not baby or wedding crazy, I promise! It’s just what’s going on around me.

Also, I have a new hobby! Scrap booking rocks! I know, I know- it's another old lady hobby. But it's so much fun. It's fun to scrapbook a photo from Pride Fest and a scrapbook page for my friend's anarchist demonstrations- complete with stickers!

I taught my neighbor how to crochet today.

I have a week break from school starting tonight! Woo!

So, I have no idea when to go to the doctor. Every time I think I’m going to die or have some horrible disease, the doctors don’t care. They write me a prescription for whatever I self diagnose myself with, without even looking at my problem. “So, you think you have strep eh? Ok, here’s some antibiotics”. What happened after that?- Allergic reaction to penicillin. That’s super. Don’t even know if I had strep to begin with. Then, every time I go in or mention something little- they freak out! They tell me I should have come in long ago. They run ultrasounds, x-rays, blood tests, etc. What do they find out with all those tests?- That I have health problems from stress. Just freakin stress! I could have told them that. Also, I’ve had so many doctors tell my mom my results and not me, even if she didn’t come in with me and I’m over 21 and they promised confidentiality.

Over reacting doctor (appointment before this):
Dr: “So you passed out? That’s horrible, you should have gone to the hospital.”
Me: “I’m fine, it happens because of stress and too much coffee”
Dr: “I think you have a heart murmur, give us $20 and we’ll check it out.”
Me: “ok”
Dr: “Well, turns out you have a mild one, not a big deal. Stop drinking coffee.”
Me: “That’s what I said $40 ago!”

I’m taking a class on why people should trust science more and not prayer or metaphysical stuff. I’m not convinced. Science is good and all, but I’ve been failed by psychologists, doctors, and other technology more than my “illogical” self medicating, old fashion treatments, prayer, blessings, rituals, or any other mystical healing practices. Tarot, rituals, and blessings have helped more than psychologists. Not drinking milk helped more than years of allergy pills. I’ve taken pills that have made me sick for months to clear up problems that other meds created. So, tonight, I will take some medicine, but I’m praying, drinking blessed water, and doing meditative healing practices too. If that doesn’t work- different doctor, and hope that helps.

Hi everybody! I haven’t updated in a very long time. I hope I get some readers back, sorry about the long break. To update ya’ll-

This semester-
-I finished another semester of school.
-I had roommates, they transferred, new ones are here now.
-I dated a little- a “date” here and there with a couple guys.
-Feminist Club is up and running again. It’s going decently, few members, but we got some things done anyway.

New/current obsessions-
Guatemala
China
Utah
Learning Spanish
Wedding dress designs (mostly because my friend is making one)
Themed clothing (time periods and ethnic clothes)
Crocheting
Podcasts
Latin music

Recently-
-Found out that I use to baby sit my new roommate’s friend’s older brother, lol
-Gave roommates tips on their first trip to the grocery store, they’re cute
-Found out I don’t have roommates for next semester yet
-Couldn’t see the 19 year old guy I liked on our last day together b/c he got grounded
-Getting through headache from lack of sleep and coffee withdrawals
-Have to contest a ‘D’ I got in a class about religion and sociology (two obsessions of mine)
-Woke up to find a strange girl on my couch sleeping next to my teddy bear, lol
-Realized that I still crush on unavailable men when I realized that the last 4 major crushes I have live in other states now, are on missions or will be soon
-Realized that I don’t have anything that is red. I think I have a semi-conscious hatred for the color red. I noticed one day that most my things were blue. I think I subconsciously love the color blue. Lately, most my new things are pink, purple, blue, cream, or black.

I moved into my new place a couple days ago. I like it. Nice view.

It rained last night. The clouds were pretty.

I might make a casserole today, lol.

Ok, I don't have much to say, but I felt like writing. I'll be a lot more busy in a few days. I'll have more to say then.

I got to work at a history museum! It was so much fun. I love history so much! The kids were cool to work with, sometimes annoying, but fun still. I still like the idea of social work, but I've decided that if I could find a job doing something with history, that would be good too.

Last week was family reunion week. They are so cool. We hung out for about three days. We went hiking, had picnics, etc.

I have roommates! I didn't think I'd have any all summer. It was so boring and lonely. I came home and saw my apartment door open! I saw nothing was stolen, then I saw two girls I knew walk out of the other room. So, I have two roommates now! I'm excited about it. I'm a tad bit nervous, but I'm glad they're here.

Ah, two of my cousins are pregnant! That’s so cool. My cousin’s son is so cute and sweet. I wish they lived closer so I could see them more. I’m so happy for them! They’re going to be good parents.

My brother just got a cat! It’s name is Boo Boo Kitty f*ck. Lol. My brother is weird. I like to call it Boo Boo. It sounds like a funny cat.

I LOVE chocolate milk!!! It’s so great! I love Nesquick. One of my friends kept talking about his love of chocolate milk, so I some new variations of chocolate milk, and now I love it too. Seriously- skim of 1% milk with Nesquick- Awesome! My old roommate suggests blending it with a blender. I haven’t tried it yet, but it sounds like a good idea.
